To the Gallows

So now we have the supervisors doing this rotatey thing where they work on both day watches or both night watches. The underlying reason is supposedly to have consistency across the board.
Surprise, surprise! Guess what? That's the way the supervisors work at Acadian! Imagine that!
Your thoughts?

Good point, scooter. Just because something is new doesn't mean its bad; and becaue it works at another company doesn't mean it's evil. We made rules at lifeguard that reflected NOHD's whe nI was there. As lond as it works, and it improves performace. We'll see what happens!

It was my understanding that it was because medic's on other watch's couldnt pull the wool over the eye's of the supervisors that were on the other watch. I.E. "We dont do that on our watch" Or "Cliff said that we could do the swap" And both day or night supers on the other watchs never got to talk to each other because they never saw each other. If that was the case then 6220 should be on the "Staggered" shift only to overlap diffrent watch's supers. So they can share info about employee's and such..

Things seem to be working out so far with Reis and Saucey. They seem to have a genuine concern about turning our company around, and making us more professional. Look at what happened during Mardi Gras-NO ROLLOVERS!! I've come to the conclusion that they are really here to do good for us, not to turn us into Acadian, like so many people thought in the beginning (including myself).
